1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the a9today platform — whether via the website, mobile app or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These terms form the entire agreement between you and a9today regarding use of the platform. No other terms agreed verbally or in writing outside this document will be recognised unless confirmed in writing by a9today management.

2. Account Registration and Management

Account registration at a9today is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, mobile number and a valid email address.

2.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only allowed to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or similar information is prohibited and may result in all accounts involved being terminated without any refund of existing balances.

2.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered to have been carried out by you. 3. User Eligibility

Use of the a9today platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the same time:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the a9today platform are processed using approved payment methods. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.1 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30. The minimum permitted withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes once the request has been verified by our finance team.

4.2 Transaction Verification

a9today reserves the right to request additional verification including identity documents before processing withdrawals of certain amounts. This is standard procedure to ensure the security of your funds and to comply with the international licensing requirements we hold.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there is a technical reason that prevents this. In such cases, our support team will contact you for an alternative arrangement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

a9today offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective terms and cannot be withdrawn before those requirements are fully met.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

New users are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM200, your total balance becomes RM300 and you must reach a wager total of RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM400 with a bonus of RM300, the wagering requirement is RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

a9today runs a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. VIP tier upgrades depend on your betting activity over time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotions through unauthorised methods such as using multiple accounts, offsetting bets, or arbitrage strategies aimed at gaining profit without genuine risk may result in immediate bonus cancellation and account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the a9today platform are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellation requests will be entertained after a bet has been processed. Users are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirming.

In situations involving technical errors, system failures or the display of inaccurate odds due to human error, a9today reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the stake to the user's account. This decision is final and non-appealable.

7. Prohibitions and Unauthorised Use

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the a9today platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or attempts to deceive the game system;
• Providing false personal information or assuming another person's identity;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Interfering with the platform's technical security or infrastructure;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and appropriate legal action.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the a9today platform, including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software code, and multimedia materials, is the property of a9today or our licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without first obtaining written consent from a9today's management.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled first.

a9today reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, or activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. In the case of suspension without valid cause, a9today will return any eligible balance once the investigation is complete.

11. Amendments to Terms
